Guests with Special needs

As a family based business, we feel that it is very important that our theme park has facilities that can be accessible for guests who are disabled or special needs. We want all our guests to have the same enjoyable experience and be immersed in our theme park.

Brail maps and signs

We have braille maps around the theme park so guests who are blind are able to know and experience where everything is inside the park.

Audio

We have audio inside all of the attractions and signs so guests who are blind are able to press buttons to get an audio description of the services around the park.

Subtitles on TV screens

We have subtitles on all the TV screens that show instructions and important safety information at attractions and also shows in the park for those guests who are deaf. We also have Professional sign language Time Travelers who will be there at specific show times to present so those guests are not left out.

Wheelchair accessibility

The park will be a flat floor for those in wheelchairs or electronic carts and all attractions will be wheelchair friendly with Time Travellers there to provide help and service. There will be ramps to go inside any buildings and disabled restrooms as well.

Service Animals

In the theme park, we have designated areas for guests with Service animals to relieve themselves. Each attraction will have rider switch options or a cage to keep the service animal while to a guest is on the ride.
