When considering cast Operations in the workplace we use "it's time" as our theme, as it is never too early to be safe or to recognize staff excellence, by having this theming across the company it helps establish standards within the company.
It's time to Be Safe
As safety is our first "Step to success" we knew it was vital to relay key safety tips to our employee's. This is one of the Safety posters that we have in all of our employee restrooms to emphasize the importance of washing hands in order to prevent the spread of germs and illnesses.
Keeping with our "IT'S TIME" theme, the poster is clear and to the point as we felt that if the poster had too much text our time travelers may be less likely to read it. We chose simple colors and an image that would make the person understand it without reading the text. We would also consider audio or braille safety messages or posters that would inform our Time Travelers that have visual or hearing impairments.
