Safety for the security and well-being of our guests, it is of the utmost importance to create an enjoyable and safe experience; Respect for the theming of the decades, we need to be understanding and handle sensitive times with care; we stress respect with our "Time Travelers" as well to create an honest and comfortable environment; Theming, is important as we have to make sure we are telling the story of the different decades correctly to create an immersive environment; Creativity, the final but equally as important step to success, is there to push our employees to step out of their comfort zones to keep the storyline of the theme park alive and go beyond to give a quality experience. Without these four steps, we can not hope to reach our goal of success.

For our logo, we chose a simple design that was different from other companies and easy to recognize us from.
The logo features a simple image of a clock with an arrow going backward to symbolize going back in time. we have our name and tagline clearly featured as we felt this was a key element that needed to be in our logo. We chose to do the word "decades" in a rainbow to symbolise how fun and colorful the past was.
When choosing our one word to describe our company we chose the word TIMELESS as we felt that it reflected our mission to create those parallels of going to the decades of the past, and with such an immersive experience it feels like you never left the '60s, '70s '80s or '90s and you are completely immersed in a timeless experience where you are just there and enjoying the moment.

We chose to visualize our "STEPS 4 SUCCESS" in this simple way, in order for our employees to see that each quality standard is a step, in order of importance, safety is always the 1st step, and you can not get to creativity without taking the three prior steps.
